Help with mods is needed

Hello first time to post anything here. So forgive me if this is wrong section or just wrong place in generall.

i need help to get 2 mods working. i have followed the instructions that followed but it keeps crashing as i start it, i cant even get the to the start screen. 

i would appreciate any help you guys and girls can give me (maybe a video tutorial or a detailed description to download it).

the mods are

If it is crashing before the load screen then you do not have all the required mods installed.  Edit your \DATA\SKSE\skse.ini file and make sure the [General] section  has "EnableDiagnostics=1".

 

That will cause the game to show you the name of any missing mod and will help you figure exactly what you need to install yet.

Hello thanks for the response 

When i go into Skyrim\Data\skse then i find plugins and not the SKSE.INI

i have a working version of SKSE installed as every other mod i have that requires it works.

Create one in the SKyrim\Data\skse folder then.

 

It should look something like this:

iTintTextureResolution=2048

[General]
ClearInvalidRegistrations=1

Did you add the .INI file extension that some dipshit at Microsoft  decided nobody needed to see by default?  If so then it should work, if it's a .TXT file then no it won't work.
