How to stop "No Way" dialogue?

Hello this may be a silly question but I cant seem to find the answer on any of the forums. I recently installed LAPF, LAPF Supplemental Plugin Pack, LoversHooker2.51, and PK Extender. I fallowed all the instructions and my game works with everything. The only problem is when my male oblivion character tries to ask a male npc to engage in intercourse the response is "No Way" and then the npc frowns. Is there a way to fix this? My load order is correct so that isn't the problem and I am using OBSE correctly. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

You are male and the NPC is male.

 

Your Disposition is too low. Use the vanilla talk sytem ( the wheel game) until the NPC disposition is above 74.

If you have low level you  will not reach 75, you need better speechcraft.

Then you have two potions A & B

 

A) You ask: I've got this cock all hard for you..

NPC:

No way...  ( when his disposition to player is less than 75 )

Mmm, thats what I'm talking about...  ( disposition >= 75 )

B) You ask: How about you give me some cock.

NPC:

No way...  ( when his disposition to player is less than 75 )
