Master list of 'in use' Radio frequencies including mods?

So I'm adding a radio to my companion mod (she is also a DJ) the songs are all public domain, free to use, 50's songs and movies trailers.

The issue I'm a bit worried about is the radio frequency I chose (99.69).

 

There is a reason that real radio frequencies are auctioned (at least her in Europe) so that there aren't any stations trying to broadcast on the same channels.

I have the exact same worry about modded radios. If all of us just add our own frequencies, without registering them anywhere to check for duplicates, we could run into the issue where people chose the same frequency for their radio mods, causing load order to dictate which radio mod will work... right?

 

So two questions:

 

- Is there a 'master' radio frequency list somewhere, which lists all in use frequencies?

 

And, if not the case:

 

- Shouldn't we make one?
