rePOPULATED WASTELAND run crazily SLOW!

Many people said rePOPULATED WASTELAND run very smooth and normal in their PC.

 

But mine, it's crazily slow and freezing a lot of time when entering a town. I mean not an error freezing, but there's something in the background that took almost all the CPU resources, the HDD keep running and busy. I need to wait for several minutes to get moving again for several seconds, before it freeze again. I need to deactivate it to make it normal.

 

I wonder what happen? Does someone familiar with this problem?
