Chat Dialogue Mod?

Is anyone aware of a lightweight mod (not a follower overhaul/management system) that allows for asking simple questions of followers?  For instance, asking their opinion on something?

 

I'm not thinking anything major, just a magic 8-ball kind of thing to help give a little more illusion of life to the characters.

 

If nobody has done it, I might try to generate one myself, but I'd rather not duplicate the work if its been done.
