Eyes, Ears, Tattoo, where can I find these?

First off, I do not get any credit for this picture, as I am obviously asking where to get these aesthetics it has, thus, making sure to not confuse others, this is not my picture, it was found on Google. 

 

Long story short? I tried to contact the person that uploaded this picture in here, loverslab, got no answer so far. Then, I asked a mod if i have the permission to make a post about it, asking around about it's aesthetics. So, here it is then, this character is 100% absolute beautiful and I want to create her. 

 

What I am looking for, is, ears, eyes, tattoo, I know the face is the Citrus, but, I am too scared to use it with my CBBE/UNP female bodies+Bijin Maidens, because I read it conflicts hard with any face mod, and it will ruin the whole game, by making the females having literally no face.

 

Skipping the citrus female baby face, on to the ears, eyes and tattoos.

 

After searching around yesterday, I found = should I post links, or is it a bannable action? = , I found "Animated Ears" which look very similar to those on the picture, haven't tested them yet on Skyrim though. 

 

Eyes, I stumbled upon different eyes, like, Eyes of Aber, Beautiful Realistic Eyes, etc etc, I couldn't find that specific eye. 

 

Tattoo....this was the most hardest of them all, I found two different people that made amazing detailed tattoos for the face, and, even though they do have very similar tattoos, there was nothing like that in the picture, anywhere.

 

I am starting to believe that whoever created this character, has given the huge trouble of creating all these mods from scratch, and that they probably are a personal set of custom mods, not being released on the internet. 

 

I am simply asking, if that is not the case, and if anyone recognizes better/knows better about the aesthetics on this pic.

 

The hair I believe is a part of KS Hairdos, not 100% sure yet.

Can't say about animated ears, but https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/58165/ is a pretty good one for HDT animal ears/tails.

 

I saw that tatoo not long ago... Don't remember where was it. Probably one of the newer packs.

You can install citrus for pc character only :-)

Just grab standalone version and activate: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/58989/

 

Eyes... Well, that's a bummer. I would check out NewStyleEyes in my installation for that texture...

 

Hair is not something I know. Could be from SG Hair?

Thank you so much, well, I actually kinda screwed it hard just a while ago with an enb installation, and I removed completely my Oldrim, installed it again, and now the enb seems to be working, so, now I am about to install mods, I will try the standalone version of citrus face, still don't know what to put though, should I go with ECE this time? Or with RM? I used RM and it seemed ok, but, it didn't had much and detailed sliders and color sliders and whatnot like ECE, though, ECE lacks some things from RM, so...i am completely lost here. lol

Hair is definitely SG, SGind to be specific. Warpaint around the corner of the eyes and mouth are from The Neith Team Warpaints.    No idea what the warpaint in the center of her face or what her eyes are from.
