Hazman Posted March 7, 2018 Posted March 7, 2018 Hey Ā I found some interesting bugs while playing this evening. Not sure what is causing them so have included Papyrus log if that helps, they aren't game breaking (at least as far as I can tell) just creepy. If they cannot be fixed easily I'm just going to leave them assuming they aren't game breaking. Ā There was a purple man running about, and a bandit on a crucifix fighting another bandit.Ā Papyrus.0.log
Ash71 Posted March 7, 2018 Posted March 7, 2018 lol, using hydra slave girls? There is some odd npcs in that mod and some of them tend to disregard the fact they are tied to a wagon wheel or what have you.
Hazman Posted March 8, 2018 Author Posted March 8, 2018 Yeah I am I found another one, tad annoying that it's that not working. I like seeing the random slaves locked up
Nazzzgul666 Posted March 8, 2018 Posted March 8, 2018 They "work", the problem is the way Skyrim handles animations & NPCs.Ā Essentially, running for example will break (or rather replace) any "bound walk" animation. Slavegirls only builds on ZAP which has no bound running animation.Ā Actually it doesn't have to, they aren't supposed to run, but... Skyrim again^^ Sometimes their spawn lags or places them further away than it should or they idle too long, then they start running to get to their master. Once they're there, the animation should be fine again.
Hazman Posted March 9, 2018 Author Posted March 9, 2018 Fair enough. Annoying that they do run, could be due to OBIS but I'd rather have that over a lot of other mods, makes the game more interesting when you don't know when a group of enemies will be round the bend. I'll see how it goes but at least I know the mod if there is issues.
Nazzzgul666 Posted March 9, 2018 Posted March 9, 2018 That they run is really rather a Skyrim thing (and that they are supposed to be close to their master), once they've cathed up to their master, they walk again and the animation should work. Other mods shouldn't be involved, but i could imagine that especially mods loki OBIS and others spawning NPCs might increase the lag between master spawned and slave spawned, and therefore the distance.
Hazman Posted March 10, 2018 Author Posted March 10, 2018 It's more the ones in the cages and on crucifixs that are more annoying than a purple dude running about. But not annoying enough for me to uninstall the mod and potentially break my gameĀ
