Fallout 4 weapon recoil breast physics

Hi all,

 

Can anyone state if this exsists in-game that when weapons are fired the npc body recoils with the gun to create breast jiggle?

 

My second question is, is there already a mod which does this?

 

My third question is would it be hard to do this. I have some modding skills and am thinking idle animations might do the trick.

 

Any thoughts post them...
