Create Additional Textures

[Man Of Steel Man]

I have Photoshop and the latest NVidia DDS plug-in for it. I have a bunch of loose files in a folder with the correct directory layout. I know how to edit a texture. The question before the board is: "How to I create a new, additional texture to go with the others and have it as a select-able option?"

 

I have Creation Kit and know enough to be dangerous but have used it to alter armor values before so I'm not completely new to it.

I also have Nifscope, Body Slide and Outfit, and SSEEdit if it helps.
