It's most likely a texture mismatch.
It might be the normal map textures for hands.  They are located in Skyrim\Data\textures\actors\character\female and is called femalehands_1_msn.dds.  And it looks like this:

Just make sure you have the correct ones for the correct body type (CBBE, UNP, etc).  Maybe you installed a mod that overwrote the textures and some point and forgot about it.

You could try to change the npc weight by opening the console and using the setnpcweight command. It works with black face, and neck seam problems, don't know if it will work with hand seam problems.

Had same problem a couple of days ago... That was the feet ,but same problem..It was the body mesh that did not correspond with the feet mesh..The same will happen with hands too.

I changed the body mesh..and problem gone..

I found a problem i think so. My character in the UNPB Body, armor replacer mod CBBE, on the nude body there is no problem. :frown: I'm lazy to change CBBE Body

I'll better fix the shadows

Yea, you should try to use all the same body type for armors and body.  If you use a UNP based body, CBBE armors will have those breaks at the wrists/neck/ankles and anything that shows more skin will have ugly texture problems around the breasts and hips.  Same problem if you use a CBBE body and UNP armors.  For full body armor it isn't that big a deal, but it is really noticable on lighter armor/cloths or skimpy armor.

I'm sure you could find a similar armor replacer in UNP that would fix the issue.
