PLEASE HELP !!! I am French and I would like to install mod but there is written everywhere that it is necessary to "go on the page MCM" and activated the mod I do not understand what means MCM because I am French can someone tell me what that means because because of that I can not use my mod

TO use a mod's MCM, on both Skyrim and Fallout 4, you need to press ESC on your keyboard. Find the "Mod configuration" button. That's the MCM.
