Dagger Double Attack

I am currently plagued by the single dagger equipped double standing power attack bug.  I realize this is a known bug that can be caused by multiple things.  Including Gender Specific attack animations, attack speed increases etc. 

 

I have removed all my animations mods and even the XP32 Skeleton in an attempt to solve this.  It did not work. 

 

Is it possible that loading from corrupted Save game files are causing this problem to persist after the issue has been solved?
