How do you do that? Is that the f1 tool in ece, and the vertex editor in racemenu? If so I have been doing that

I do not know what key it is for ECE, but yes, you basically export the headmesh from there, copy and paste it to Data/SKSE/Plugins/Chargen, then loading up the headmesh from RaceMenu's Sculpt tab. Remember to mask the neck's baseline to avoid gaps there.
