XNKX Posted February 24, 2018 Posted February 24, 2018 Every time my sim tries to go to her career I get a error warning and she glitches out a bit, then a lastexception file is created. I've tried to figure out exactly what the problem is by copy and pasting the text into this http://xmlprettyprint.com/ but I still can't figure out why my sim has an issue going to work and what the problem is with the mod. (I'm new to using mods so there is a possibility I screwed up somewhere when installing it)
JackBikwik Posted February 25, 2018 Posted February 25, 2018 Are you using Neia's career mods? Or the career mod that allows all sims to do teen jobs? The latter is completely broken. The former is very finicky and usually breaks after game updates. It's very likely that the issue is due to the new game update. Go to wherever you downloaded the mod from and see if the creator is A. working on a fix, B. If others have reported the problem C. If the creator has update the mod at all within the past few months. If A, congrats! Just be patient and keep checking. If B, expect that the creator will notice, if they are active and will fix it. If not B, it may be a conflict only you are experiencing. If not C, then you're screwed. The mod is out of date and broken and is not likely to be fixed. As a general tip; when you're having mod issues and you suspect a conflict, remove all mods entirely and add them back in one at a time to discover where your conflict lies.

(Pastebin works better for these things) Your problem depends on what career mod you're talking about. If it's Career Erotica, then that mod is broken and dead. If it's WickedJobs, the current developer downloads are broken and you should use the most recent community patch file from the mod's comment thread.

Edit: Nvm I found it ty hopefully this fixes it <3
