Follower stuck...custom armor?

Well I'm having problems with Lydia, she's basically walking in slow motion, i already tried using commands recyactor, kill, resurrect, but none of them worked.

I believe this happened because I gave her a mod armor that has this problem with followers, maybe.

I am currently with Janessa, but do not want to leave lydia walking in slow motion.

I wonder if there's any way to fix it without having to use an old save because it has at least 4 hours apart.

Load order as per http://www.loverslab.com/showthread.php?tid=10682 could help someone help you with your problem. First of all, did you try to uninstall the armor mod that you think is causing the issue and retry? Did you add/update any other mods just prior to this happening? If so, remove them and try again. If that doesn't help, try removing all animation/posing mods to see if they are causing it.

1: Release the follower

2: Console, click the npc

3: Disable

4: Enable

5: getav speedmult (My lydia was 5.00, xD)

6: restoreav speedmult 10000

 

Okay, if you want to confirm repeat step 5 should be 100.00
