Many times when I leave the cities and move around in the wildness, my game randomly crashes and it really, really tilts me. I already fixed some CTD - problems, like getting near to whiterun and many other things, but Im at the end. I would like to insert my mods here, maybe there are some incompatible mods, but I dont want to search every single one in the internet, so Im asking you guys, you might have some ideas. Of course Im still trying to fix myself, but as I said, it kinda makes me tilt. I would highly appreciate it, if you could help me with this, even if it means to disable some mods completly, although I would like to keep every possible mod. SleepyJim Posted February 21, 2018 Posted February 21, 2018 Have you cleaned the official master files? All of them except Skyrim.esm can and probably should be cleaned with TES5Edit, and some people have reported random CTDs stopped after doing so. Also which unofficial patch are you using? If it's the full legendary edition it should be loaded after Dragonborn.esm. If it isn't, you would probably be best to switch to it. Out of interest, what did you do to fix CTDs around Whiterun? That's something that eventually made me give up on original Skyrim. It was driving me nuts.
blutlotus Posted February 21, 2018 Author Posted February 21, 2018 Im not using the Legendary Version - I will try. ^^ Also gonna try to clean all official master files. I had opencities, Static Mesh Improvement and 'Wet and cold' installed, after I deactivated them, it was working for me. After I read some posts, opencities may have caused the problem tho.
