Milk Economy Mod problems

I recently installed the mod using nmm for SE and am having problems with crashing. I use console to turn on NPC milking and when I command my follower to use the pump the game crashes. Is there a fix for this? A installation guide would be great too just in case it has something to do with missing files.

Requires:
XPMSE
Custom body replacer, like CBBE or UNP

 

replace follower skeleton/body with above^

xpmse is already installed. Do i have to reinstall it for it to work?

no, unless you overwrote it by other mod

things seem to be working. I reinstalled xpmse and use fnis without the arm fix and everything seems to be ok for now, but another problem has creeped up. Apparently the "Lactic Acid" cant be bought from any of the caravans or inns and i cant find it using console commands
