Crash Fixes causes crash on loading a save

I was having random CTDs while walking around, so I installed Crash Fixes v12. Long story short, whenever I have Crash Fixes with the OSAllocator option set to 1, the game consistently crashes on loading a save. It always crashes the same way; it works fine for a few seconds, then freezes for a second, continues, and then freezes again at which point it crashes with an unhelpful "Skyrim has stopped responding". This is on a mostly vanilla playthrough, with only the DLCs, the unofficial legendary patch, and Crash Fixes. My load order is just the DLCs and the patch, and that's it.

Things I've tried:

Load Game CTD Fix (with and without)

UseOSAllocators (if 0, crashes are random. If 1, crashes are consistent with the first loading screen)

AlignHeapAllocate(doesn't seem to make a difference)

ENBoost(again, no noticable difference except for a longer boot up time)

Various options related to loading screens in the Crash Fixes INI(both on and off, and different combinations)

Installed SKSE preloader; no error there

Here's the strange thing; sometimes, I can get into the game, and play for a little while before it crashes on another loading screen. The strange part is that it is much more likely for the game to not crash if I previously changed something with my configuration. I've noticed that if I, for example, turn on CustomMemoryBlocks in the Crash Fixes INI, Skyrim is much more likely to get past that loading screen. The same applies if I turn the value that I turned on, off. This works for the next 1 or 2 times I open Skyrim, then it starts CTDing in the same way again. I've gotten my hopes up so many times that I've finally fixed it, only for it to revert back to crashing without me changing anything.

I know this is a lot of reading, and I apologize for that. I've just tried so many things that it's getting frustrating. If there's any more info I forgot that's needed, I'll try to provide it. Thanks.
