you could download the dragonknight armor from R0R0N0's thread and just extract the legion textures from oblivions bsa and replace the dragon ones. You'll have to do a little editing with the helmet since it has the mane

I know of someplaces however me posting them here, that'd be illegal. However you can google for the Suicide Girlz for V4 and look for uploaded to sites like sendspace and 4shared and the like.
