Female with Male dialogue?

As it stands, are there currently any mods that allow NPCs to treat the users character as the opposite sex?

 

For example, playing as a female I’d like NPCs to interact with her as if she were a male.

 

Is this possibl? Has it been done?

For most sexlab mods simply toggling the player gender in the options works, though it also changes how sexlab treats the player for scenes.

 

As for general dialogue, I'm not sure something like that exists, would be worth having a look around the nexus or here
