I know in the sims you can have a retail shop or a vet clinic but can you actually make like a strip club or brothel?

I've never thought about stuff like that, I use strip clubs as normal nightclubs. The only sex related lot I ever did was a sex shop. 

 

Check this mod out though, you can probably create a brothel with this if you get creative.

It might be possible with creative use of the Sex for Money mod or Wicked Work (version 0.3 or later) and Wicked Whims Club Interactions.

I saw a mod while coming up with ideas for my own, that would let you own more different types of venues. I got it to work for a while but there was no text and after going through a few of the tabs to find what I was looking for it stopped working. It was called buy more venues or something like that. It may work for you as I think it was one of my mods that interfered with it as a friend says it works fine for them. 

If it works you could by a hotel or a night club and turn those into strip clubs and brothels.
