I recognize the first armor. A custom edited version of the Minstrel Leather Armor with darker leather, a better chainmail texture and alpha transparency on the top half of the chest piece to make that part invisible. That would be the easiest way to get rid of the upper boob cover, but it's also possible to use Outfit Studio.
