Advanced (not sexlab) Follower mod??

Does this exist already or would somebody be willing to code a Mod that

1 allows you to dress a new follower in a given set of gear (bonus if it uses a chest at home for this)

2 allows you to set followers to automatically loot areas (including unlocked containers and bodies)

3 has a summon/send function

 

and the reason for the no sexlab part

4 allows for swapping kids to/from adopted to/from follower

Follower Live Package does 1 and 2 for sure, i think it does 3 as well, but as for number 4 i do not know of any mod that does that one.
