[Help/Request] Solid List of "Clean-install" adult mods.

Hey all, 

 

I've been away for a year or so, just reinstalled Skyrim and am a little lost right now. Should I keep it installed or move to the "new" version? Either way, sticking with the original or moving to the "new" version, what are the most up-to-date mods/still stable enough to give a download?  I am not trying to be lazy but sometimes reinstalling a Bethesda game and trying to get a good load order going can be a Herculean task. Thanks for everyone's help in advance.
