the problem only occured on Lakeview Manor.

I think some of you maybe had seen this problem in the past.
of course before i posted this thread, i already check any topic similar with this on the internet.
_____________________________________

I had this error in my playthrough before.

so recently i played a new game, i had installed many mod.
at the beginning of the game i had completed all the byohh quest. its mean i already bought it.
at the start i just made some basic floors and pillars. (its worked on all of the three houses)

i think thats mean the error is gone. but after 10-11 quest i cameback to the house and build something.
the error is coming back, the items that i made is not spawned.

is there any way to fix this glitch other than play a new game or reinstall skyrim.

some note that may help

1 - load order needs work

     Skyrim.esm

     Update.esm

     Dawnguard.esm

     Hearthfires.esm

     Dragonbron.esm

     USLEEP.esm

     rest of ESM files

2 - no USLEEP or other unofficial fixes (they do fix a lot of vanilla bugs)

3 - you should make a bashed patch (even if you don't actually use it) if for no other reason than the "missing master" warning it gives for actual

missing master files OR misplaced master files.

4 - i (personally) find that placing add-ons for mods works better if they are in the same order as the vanilla game (see #1 above)

5 - makes sure nothing overwrites XMPSE.  some follower mods, and other mods, include skeletons (which is fine use in those mods), but if loaded after XPMSE will

overwrite it, which can cause problems.  for personal ease i just install it at the end of load order, that way i can be sure nothing overwrites it.

if you use a mod manager (other than MO) you may want to move it, then re-install it to be sure it has all its files in it and correctly placed.

as i have not seen that bug in my game in a long time now, i tend to think that is a bug that USLEEP fixed (i could be wrong here).  the last time i did see that bug

it was easily fixed by - going back to the workbench and making any part again (for some reason this fixed it for me).

hope this information is helpful

edit

if you do as i  suggested in #1-#5 it will require a new game for all those changes to take full effect, and avoid any "baked in" problems.

end edit

i'm actually had USLEEP, but turned it off yesterday (i've seen a post that it fixed after uninstall the USLEEP). welp, i'll turn it on again.

the conclusion i got is that my load order is broken and i need to start new game to remove this glitch.

thank you, you had answered my question with a very detailed reply.
i'm very grateful. (although i didn't know it'll work or not)

before you actually start a new game, assuming your game works now, you can try the fix that worked for me in the past first.

go to a workbench at one of the affected sites and make anything in the list that shows up again.  if nothing is showing right off you can try to use the

drafting table again, and then make a item if something showed up.  (if these do not work it will take a new game and still might not be fully fixed).

best information i have though.

hey, the house problem is only occured on lakeview manor. (found it recently)
i can build the pavement and pillar before but when i build the wall, it didn't shown up.

it's maybe because the byohh quest falkreath (the one that jarl send you a letter had a problem that when you approach the jarl, there's no option to talk about the house.) bugged in my playthrough.

but why i can build the pavement and wall pillar before?
(i tried to load the savegame the moment before i build that and i can't even build the pavement and pillar again, lol.)

anyway i'll try your method first.

thanks again.

ok i actually do know what bug you hit, and the real problem with it is if that method does not work it will take a new game to fix.

it is a bug the USLEEP team has fixed part of, but not the whole thing, and understanding how hard that particular bug is to track down i can understand

why it is not totally quashed.  the bug is related to the Thane of Falkreath vanilla questline.  if you have any problems progressing that questline normally

it can cause later problems with Lakeview Manor. (i actually spent over a week dedicated time to trying to narrow down what causes it and got nowhere)

sadly the only way i know of to fully quash it does require a new game, and some specific work in the new game to boot.

note you do not need to wait and get the letter from the Jarl of Falkreath to do the Thane of Falkreath quest.

i will post what has worked for me to ensure i do not run into that problem at Lakeview Manor

i use this procedure on all new games now so i can both complete the Thane of Falkreath questline, and not run into that bug on Lakeview Manor, at least on

building the manor itself.  i will still have it happen sometimes inside the manor, but by just rebuilding anything at the workbench fixes it then for the inside

stuff at least.  i do use AS-LAL, so if you don't use it, or use a different alternate start you may need to adjust this to have it work for you.

hopefully this works for you as well.  you may have your own procedure for steps 1-12, i included them so i don't forget something.

 1 - start new game

2 - adjust character for race/gender/looks in AS-LAL cell. (i have a preset so this is fast now)

3 - wait out all notices

4 - start Sexlab, wait out its notice, and load its saved settings

5 - reset creature framework, and wait for it to finish, then adjust its settings

6 - register ZAZ Animation pack animations

 7 - make a hard save

 8 - load save made in #7

9 - wait out fresh round of notifications (mods that require loading a saved game, and other mods that waited for Sexlab)

10 - enable all mods not started automatically and wait out notifications from them

11 - adjust all MCMs

12 - make a new hard save (in a new slot)

13 - start the game to play (use the Mara Statue in the AS-LAL cell)

14 - get into a playable state, if needed (i use the random start feature all the time and most times i have something i have to get out of to be able to play)

15 - go to Helgen and complete main vanilla game until the quest "Before the Storm" is fully completed (hang on to Black Briar Mead found under Helgen)

16 - walk to Falkreath (for some reason if i fast travel Jarl does not always have his correct dialogues).

17 - make a new hard save enroute so if i get the 1 bad location in Thane of Falkreath questline i can reload (1 of 6 chances in vanilla)

note i have the Aurora Village mod and make my save there, but the cross roads by the lake where you turn south works as well

18 - talk to Jarl Siddgeir (at this point he is the Jarl for sure) about work

19 - give him his Black Briar Mead (saved in step 15)

20 - talk to Jarl about work again

21 - go kill said bandit

22 - return to Jarl, get permission to buy land

23 - talk to Jarl again and make sure i get the Help my people to become Thane quest started

24 - talk to steward and buy the land (i make the money needed by looting and selling everything i can from Helgen and the Bandit i have to kill, this works

over 99% of the time for me, and if not i just go chop some firewood to make the difference).

25 - go to Lakeview Manor and build the small house completely (from the stuff in the chest at any rate from the outside).

this give me the small house built (nothing made inside it yet though).

26 - complete Thane of Falkreath questline, vanilla - help 3 people in Falkreath Hold (1 take ashes from Thadegeier to Runil, 2 sell cabbage to Mathies, the farmer, in town,

3 go to Half-Moon Mill and chop some firewood and sell to Hert) just make sure to wait for the quest to update after each part (game is slow with this

one a lot of times for me), or if you have Sexlab Solutions installed you can use that instead (I do).

27 - after being named Thane of Falkreath wait for Housecarl to introduce herself (might be himself for you)

28 - go to Whiterun Stables and buy rides to all the vanilla cities (opens fast travel points for late) and let the games scripted scenes play out (so they are out

of the way for later visits to the cities, the stuff like the execution scene in Solitude).

29 - continue game as normal

30 - later in game build the wings of Lakeview Manor (they build normally for me every time providing i at least completed the small house and the thane

       questline as described above).

if i do not do it in that order (skip doing the Thane of Falkreath questline to completion, steps 16-27) during step 28 of opening the fast travel points the

Thane of Falkreath questline will bug out on me EVERY SINGLE TIME.  the screwy part is it will bug out at a different time each game during the process

of opening all the city fast travel points, and i open them in the exact same order every time (this does explain why it is such a hard bug to track down

to quash).

you can use the console command "sqs favor258" to check the status of the Thane of Falkreath questline, if the final stage shows a 1 on it at anytime, but all

the previous stages show a 0 you have hit that bug.  i used that console command a lot (tons of times) when i was trying to track down the cause of it.

the final stage of the Favor258 quest (Thane of Falkreath) should get set to 1 during step 26 above, but should also have the previous stages set to 1

before it does.

hopefully this information is helpful

edit

when i have the disappearing stuff problem inside the manor it never affects a non-respawning container if it has ever had anything placed in it.

i still to this day do not understand this particular bug, but through trial and error found a method that works (mostly) to, if not prevent it

totally, at least mitigate the affects to nothing game breaking anymore.

i will post what has worked for me to ensure i do not run into that problem at Lakeview Manor

i use this procedure on all new games now so i can both complete the Thane of Falkreath questline, and not run into that bug on Lakeview Manor, at least on

building the manor itself.  i will still have it happen sometimes inside the manor, but by just rebuilding anything at the workbench fixes it then for the inside

stuff at least.  i do use AS-LAL, so if you don't use it, or use a different alternate start you may need to adjust this to have it work for you.

hopefully this works for you as well.  you may have your own procedure for steps 1-12, i included them so i don't forget something.

OMG.. Skyrim really interesting isn't.
There will be many works to do..

i'm regretting that i didn't build all the small house component first before leaving it (i only build the basic floor and pillars)
i think i need "AS" now since i can't even start new game. (the carriage always flying lol i wonder why)
so maybe that "bug" is also caused by a "clean save" i downloaded from internet. (vanilla save at the start savefiles)

well, shit.

Thanks m8.
Hopefully this information is helpful to the others too.

i think the reason it cannot bug out the same way anymore (i am not 100% sure though) is that completing the small house causes the game to

load it (into the game) and it is actually a different cell after completing the small house, which thinking about it makes sense.

though we should remember this is a Bugthesda game so i could very easily be wrong here.
