MXR used that image on a recent Fallout 4 Mods Weekly, but doesn't highlight the armor or specify what it is in the comments....  that's annoying lol.

Thanks @Ephemera I followed that link, and found it was a recreation by Vinovat of a mashup that Fristo did.  Anyway, both Fristo and Vinovat used the below.
