Kamen Rider Kuuga Posted February 9, 2018 Posted February 9, 2018 Spoiler Are you okay? BUSTAH TORTOISE! So I wasn't aware how small Buster Tortoise would be until I got it in the mail... Spoiler Yeah, that's tiny. For those who want to know, that's my HMM 1/72 Berserk Fuhrer box (which is the same size as the Red Blade Liger box) under it for scale. I didn't bother taking a picture of the frames, but suffice it to say, there was maybe only a third of what came in the box of the Red Blade Liger, and likely the Berserk Fuhrer. Spoiler The head unit already complete. Inside the cockpit is a tiny little blue pilot made up of four even smaller pieces because they know just how to kill my hands. Spoiler The Zoid core, right side up and upside down. Spoiler Zoid core installed in the body. This one is actually really neat, as you have to slide it up from the bottom, then twist it to lock it into place, creating a sort of nearly seamless effect. I should have taken a picture... Spoiler A good chunk of it is already done. This will be a fast kit, I can feel it. UPDATE THE FIRST; Spoiler So here's all the frames of the kit. It's pretty small. Spoiler The Zoid Core install from the bottom when locked in. Spoiler The top and bottom shells. Spoiler Either a light of a targeting sensor. Spoiler MORE TINY PARTS OH JOY Spoiler Looking like a tortoise now. Spoiler The back end. It has a fake face to fool predators. Spoiler The mountings for the big gun. Spoiler And the big gun in progress. UPDATE THE LAST; Spoiler The gun, finished. It's frankly ridiculous and could pass as a spaceship. Spoiler It looks like the lower half of a robot, but it's a set of stabilizers for when that big ass gun goes off. Spoiler Feet and legs. Spoiler He's almost complete... Spoiler And so he's done. About 10 hours of my life well spent.
