CTD no matter where or how I save

Took a while, but I've finally gotten things to run quite smoothly and stably in my modded Skyrim.  But for the life of me, its now started CTD no matter what I do when I try to save.  I'm not sure how to read Papyrus Logs, but i'm hoping one of the great gurus on Lovers Lab might be able to point out what exactly is causing my problem!

I'm almost surely that you are having memory issues, same happen to me for a couple of years till I begin to use Crash Fixes https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/2551-crash-fixes/ and SKSE Plugin preload (very importante this one) that solve 99% of my CTDs. My game was same as yours, crashing randomly or in most cases when I was trying to save. You just need to follow the instructions and set the correct value for the Custom Memory Block (very important set this value) the mod default value is 64, but depending on your game you should rising till CDTs stop, follow the guide and you'll find out, I'm using CustomMemoryBlockTotalSizeMb=135
