Accidently deleted all my mods via Bethesda menu, can I recover them?

Dammit, deleted all my mods accidentally on the main menu...

 

Please tell me there's a way to recover everything.. (I already tried system restore, but to no avail)

edit- well I'm looking at my data folder and it looks like all of mods are intact, except for the .esp's I just need to know where I can find them on my PC

Recycle bin?  I have to say, I've never actually used the in-game mod menu.  Not even once
