I am currently working on an alchemy/alteration mod and plan to create a spell using three different effect:

-one effect when used with the right hand;

-another effect when used with the left hand;

-a final effect ""combined"" while dualcasting.

Am I correct i thinking "hasequippedspell" is the adequate condition?

According to https://www.creationkit.com/index.php?title=HasEquippedSpell this is a broken effect. Is there an alternative?
