Chest is extremely strenched and texture is blurrry

I have installed the latest SexoutNG (CORE: 2.5.70, DATA: 1.2.15) which according to my understanding already has the nude skins in the BSA. however It doesn't work properly for some reason.

 

The chest section of the female body is stretched out for some reason far into the horizon in third person view and directly down in first person view.

 

The body textures themselves of both female and male look wrong, with patches of blurry and dirt, reminding the ArchiveInvalidation texture error. however disabling and re-enabling ArchiveInvalidation dues nothing to fix it.

 

installing an independent bodymod (BEWARE OF GIRL Type 3 HiRez HiDetailed Replacer) fixes the issue for the player skin but the problem of the weird textures remains of all NPCs. and female NPCs such as those added in the Legion Fort are still experiencing the chest spreading all the way to the horizon.

 

I did a clean uninstall via Fallout Mod Manager to all other mods and tried just SexoutNG but I still get this issue.
