Any Alita mod?

I have not seen one directly personally.  If you are going for the looks for something like this, you could get very close with a few existing mods.

 

Unique Player Redux - for PC specific skin/body

Robotic Body texture of your choice (Fortaleza, Female Robot Textures, etc.)

LooksMenu - face sculpting

Hair mods - really your choice here

Anime style eyes (Anime eyes, The Eyes of Beauty, etc.)

Body overall - Bodyslide for slender athletic preset

 

Not sure about anything other than looks (like abilities and such).

A quick job, using some combinations of the above mods.  The body was not slid using a slender preset, I used LooksMenu to trim up the breasts and weight triangle at full 'thin'.   Not happy with the eye size or the exact hair style, but it's close!

 

Requires The Eyes of Beauty and Misc Hairstyles.
