WW not working

lastException.txtHi! Wicked whims is not working for me, I've tried EVERYTHING to fix it to no avail. I have the most up to date version of sims 4 and all the extra content. The only script mod I use is WW,  But it is also up to date, as is all content to the best of my knowledge. When ever my Sims try to have sex they just get stuck with their arms out and the command icons just pop up over and over that says "sex", sometimes it will eventually work, but when they change positions it starts al over again. I'm also not getting any kind of error or last exception file ? I'm including the last one I could find just in case it might help. I have even tried removing all CC, but that didn't help either. This is frustrating and I'm not sure what else to do at this point. Please help! Thanks in advance :smile:

How many files do you have for Turbodriver's Wicked Whims mod? Only 3? Or more than 3? If you have more than 3 you did not install the updated version of Wicked Whims correctly. You must remove completely any old versions of the mod, and then install only the 3 new files.

 

If you have done this, then maybe some other people will have a new idea.

 

It may also be helpful for you to show a screenshot of your mods folder, so people can confirm it is indeed set up properly. It is possible you have Wicked Whims mod inside *too many* subfolders. You cannot put scripted mods in too many subfolders or they will not work.

 


Edit: i also responded to your old thread here with more details of why you must upgrade Wicked Whims differently now than in the past. And offered suggestions, maybe you tried those already and they did not work for you, but as you did not reply to my previous suggestions i'm not sure if you tried them or not.

thanks so much for your help, I tried all your suggestions but it didn't work  :frown: here is a pic of my mods folder, maybe there's something wrong there I don't know.....thanks again

Where are turbodriver tuning package and turbodriver ts4script file? 

I see only turbodriver extra skintones only.. 

 

I'm on mobile, and i only see 1 screenshot of your mods folder

Are the file was put more than 2 subfolder? Script file can't work if put more than 2 sub folder. 

Try remove turbodriver tuning, turbodriver script file and cas part json directly into mods folder

i agree with autobanned. i'd take  the files you have inside the "WickedWhimsMod" folder and put them in your main Mods folder.

There should only be 3 files inside that WickedWhimsMod folder:

 

TURBODRIVER_WickedWhims_Scripts.ts4script

TURBODRIVER_WickedWhims_Tuning.package

ww_cas_parts.json

They are in the "wickedwhimsmod" folder, but ill try putting them directly in the mods folder and see if that will help.....thank you :smile:

None of these things have worked still having the same issues   .... this is the latest last exception file and a video showing exactly whats happening

weird, never experience like this,

in LE, hardstoperror is EA bug, cause this happen in vanilla game too (game without mod/cc)

 

try this,

relocate/remove wickedwhimsmod in sims4 saves folder (not mods folder), then try ww sex interaction again

 

if thats failed,

then try this, relocate all your cc and mod out from sims4 mods folder to temporary folder (except ww mod, mccc and ww animation)

remove localthumbcache.pacakage

try new game (not load a saved game) and try ww sex interaction

Im also missing this. I downloaded the file twice and when i opened it. it only showed me two files which didnt have the "ww_cas_parts.json"

Good day. The latest version of the mod WW conflicts with mod "MC Command Center". The animation menu in the mod is completely missing. Past versions of the game and these two mods are not in conflict with each other :)

You guys are reviving a thread that's almost a year old.

The cas_parts.json file isn't needed anymore with the newest WW release :)
