WaxenFigure Posted February 1, 2018 Posted February 1, 2018 You didn't follow the instructions, specifically you have failed to run the FNIS User Generator program and get a good (nor errors, no warnings) result from it. There's a whole forum for getting help with the Framework and you should have posted this question there or even just read the F.A.Q. since this is easily the most commonly made mistake.
