permanently a vampire?

so this problem has been going on for awhile after i beat the dawnguard questline, i wanted to be a werewolf again but...... for some reason i cant be cured (cleanly) of vampire when i do manage to get rid of vampirism i can still turn into a vampire lord and can do bat travel and cloud of bats, from the other vampire mods i have(including better vampires)

 

can someone tell me how to fix this without starting over my main character :/

I just found this, try to talk to aela the huntress(companion), and then choose I want to be werewolf again(something like that), I've talk to her yesterday and there is new option, but I haven't try it yet, I'm still like to be a vampire, maybe when I get bored I try this.
