Scrap trash mod?

I was once able to scrap certain things like encrusted dirt, broken lights and ceiling fans. The stuff you couldn't ordinarily scrap. But it didn't let me scrap everything. It wasn't spring cleaning. But I can't do it anymore I don't remember which mod that did it. Anyone have any ideas?

I think Scrap Everything is what you're looking for.

To nuke an entire settlement you can also do:

 

Enter Workshop

~ (for console)

scrapall

 

 

WARNING - that will remove literally everything from a settlement, including any magazines, bobbleheads, etc.  Use at your own risk - it can bug quests like "Old Guns" if used at hte Castle.  But it works well enough on small settlements that don't have that sort of content in them.

 

DO NOT do that command if not in the settlements workshop.  Being in the workshop limits the command to the area of the settlement itself.
