SOLVED Help Widget config problems

I go in the config file and i want to add 3 flags

 

in the files it is written

 

flags=2

 

but i want ot add 4 and 8

 

How can i write so it can detect all three ?

Found it

 

I litteraly add to add the 2,4,8 to a total of 14
