catgirl69 Posted August 31, 2012 Posted August 31, 2012 so i did everything on the thing to troubleshoot this and i found out that sexout.esm is broken for me, i have tryed reinstalling it, i have tryed turning off everything except sexout.esm and launching but the game crashes when i try to play, it loads up, the game starts, but as soon as i load in, dont even see my character i crash, this problem does not happen when i turn off sexout.esm, also note that i have downloaded alot of Esp's and they are not all on because i know how to work that, but right now sexout.esm wont work and i cant find another version of it to try it. umm...also i cant get fomm to work, it just crashes on start... anyways you dont need to see my loadout i just need a link to a older esm or something
Ark of Truth Posted August 31, 2012 Posted August 31, 2012 Load order please. It could be a mod conflict. You could have a corrupt save I suppose.
zippy57 Posted August 31, 2012 Posted August 31, 2012 We need to see your load order. Find a way to show it. If you can't change it then it is probably the problem.
Ark of Truth Posted August 31, 2012 Posted August 31, 2012 Use bash for New Vegas maybe? http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/35003
catgirl69 Posted August 31, 2012 Author Posted August 31, 2012 if your trying to tell me to get the core or something, there is no link to it :\
zippy57 Posted August 31, 2012 Posted August 31, 2012 I'm just going to ask you to re-read it. You're going to kick yourself when you see it.
catgirl69 Posted August 31, 2012 Author Posted August 31, 2012 i have read the thing and downloaded everything needed, this game is still crashing, and i cant fucking get fomm to work either! grrr
zippy57 Posted August 31, 2012 Posted August 31, 2012 You can't find the link to the Core download? Read the second line.
catgirl69 Posted August 31, 2012 Author Posted August 31, 2012 i think ill just play fallout without sexout then lol to much damn work to get this crap to work specialy when you have to reinstall your games all the time
Ark of Truth Posted August 31, 2012 Posted August 31, 2012 READ the OP down to the very bottom of it.
zippy57 Posted August 31, 2012 Posted August 31, 2012 But if you don't have the Core, how do you have the .esm? You said you had the .esm so I assumed you were missing the Data. So...just read the OP again. Carefully. Very carefully.
catgirl69 Posted August 31, 2012 Author Posted August 31, 2012 i have the esm too and iv read that post 3 times guys, stop telling me to read it >.
zippy57 Posted August 31, 2012 Posted August 31, 2012 Okay. Let's go over the problem you're having. You can load the game to the main menu fine, but when you try to actually load the game it crashes?
catgirl69 Posted August 31, 2012 Author Posted August 31, 2012 yes. i can load the main menu, but as soon as i start a new game (no save files yet) it crashes
catgirl69 Posted August 31, 2012 Author Posted August 31, 2012 the newest with the custem one on this site
catgirl69 Posted August 31, 2012 Author Posted August 31, 2012 ya on that post, it says i NEED the custem one on this site or sexout wont work Newest NVSE with the custem one form this site
Ark of Truth Posted August 31, 2012 Posted August 31, 2012 Well I think the only way this is going to get solved is if we see your load order. If you have all the requirements and can't get this to work its most likely a load order issue. Install Wyre Bash for New Vegas and see what it says.
aEuonym Posted September 1, 2012 Posted September 1, 2012 Well I think the only way this is going to get solved is if we see your load order. If you have all the requirements and can't get this to work its most likely a load order issue. Install Wyre Bash for New Vegas and see what it says. To help clarify something that ive notice that the others trying to help have failed to clarify. Load order is NOT done in the game, its something you can access and see outside of the game through a Mod Manager tool. Wyre Bash, NMM or another mod manager tool. If you have not used one of these to install Sexout, then i guarentee you have a load order issue because without one of these tools you can not adjust your load order.
zippy57 Posted September 1, 2012 Posted September 1, 2012 Failed to clarify? Huh? First, we repeatedly told the user to install Wyre Bash to get the load order. Second, the user's first post mentions how they can't get FOMM to work and so can't provide a load order. Clarification was provided even though it was unnecessary.
