Mods not working

Hello,  I am new to modding for the Sims 3, but I followed all the insturctions on this forum, but the mods are not working, and I'm not sure what to do.  I have attached photos so any help is welcome.

Its working now.  That link you provided me contained some steps I missed apparently, but now its working correctly. Thanks!

how dose it look now, because i was having the same problem you were. Can you take a screen shot of your flies for me?
