I'm standing outside of Windhelm about to make a short vid clip for my Naked Skyrim youtube channel and I'm using NVIDIA's vid recording software. I go to hit alt F9 to start the vid and obviously I hit the wrong combination in the keys because not only did I suddenly rezone to the Whiterun stables, but also ended up in a Halo pose with one of the sexlab animations already in progress. This was an animation that I'd used a few days in game time previously but that has never happened to me before. Can this be some kind of delay in initiating the animation itself where it hangs for days? I'm not really asking for any specific help, just seeing if anyone else has had this happen? Time travel within the same save isn't something I thought could happen. I'll try to duplicate it but I'm sure there was something having to do with the same hotkeys being active for different applications. I should have turned off Halo poser before doing this.
Yuni Posted January 22, 2018 Posted January 22, 2018 Uhm, F9 is the default button for 'quick load' in vanilla Skyrim, Sweetie. You loaded your quicksave, which is made by pressing F5. You may have made one by accident while preparing, before installing a mod, or during testing. F9 won't load a quick save unless one exists, so you may not have noticed it does that until now.

I must have clicked through the nvidia interface before hitting the button. I'll have to manually click the vids from now on. Thanks for your help!

You can also remap the quick load button wherever you want. c: Also it won't quick load if you don't have a quick SAVE, just display a brief error in the upper left. So deleting the quicksave can also help. Those will also work if you need them to!

Glad I wasn't streaming, what with all the ultra-rich story content all of a sudden lol
