Its right on that page for download. seems it goes to baidu the password is in the bottom there for the archive aswell

Yep that site is hard to navigate if you can't understand the language let me have a look see if i can get it downloaded then ill tell you how

EDIT : Seems like the link is dead got onto the baidu site got it translated and clicked download it starts then stops. The link is dead. Those obscure armors are usually hard to find. Try again another time might just be a down server
