Skyrim freeze on saving

My game freezes whenever I try to save, even Hard Save, there's no CTD. It just says it's saving, but it takes forever. (Even in new playthrough)

I had the same issue last month...everytime I was trying to save or if the game was autosaving my game was freezing and I had to hard reset. Turned out it was from SkyUI(meaning SKSE64). Uninstalled both of them and everything went back to normal.

One of the thing is that after I uninstalled both of them my game was CTD as soon as it was going to the load screen(this was bcuz obv I uninstalled them in the middle of a playthrough) but I was lucky that I had a recent save without both of them installed so I could continue with my game nice n easy but yeah, like i said...it could be mainly from SKSE.
