I'm wondering if anyone can identify the armor worn by the vampire heretic (the guy in the red cloak) in this image?

It looks like red vampire armour, gloves and boots from the Dawnguard DLC paired with a red cape from Cloaks of Skyrim. I'm not sure what he's wearing on his head though. Could be one of the hairstyles from ApachiiSkyHair? There's a few headbands similar to that in there. That along with Face Masks of Skyrim, maybe?

upon further inspection from the mod site, I do believe you are right. I feel so foolish for not noticing, for some reason I didn't think the pants for that armor where that color.
