Could someone please turn my character preset into a standalone companion mod?

That's a decent amount of work you are asking for there, as a favor   Better to learn to do that on your own - but you might get lucky and get a volunteer.

 

In the meantime - I just found this: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/14748/  You could use that, then edit the npc in console with looksmenu to apply your preset.

Also - Winter Mute (highly recommended) for custom followers.  Same thing - create one, then customize with looks menu.
