Question: Asymmetrical body textures?

I've been experimenting with some putting tattoos on some of the nude mods using Photoshop, but all the body textures are mirrored down the middle, is there a way to alter this?

Cut the body in two (or the part you want to put the different tattoo) and use two differents meshes slots with two differents body textures.

Or unwrap the body via Blender and create a custom double sided UV but it's harder than the first method.
