Save file Cleaner Oblivion for Skyrim

Like the title suggests, I am wondering if there is a mod or one being developed that help mend bloated save files like in oblivion. I worshipped this save file optimizer in oblivion because it meant I can install and uninstal scripted mods without a worry and improve game performance in general. I'm starting to feel the heat with my 400 hour save file, I know the simple and very limiting methods i could have done to preserver my game, but my request stands

Skyrim's save file format is still pretty much unknown as far as I know. We're still in the "decrypt records in master and plugin files for ElMinster's edit program" phase.

Tested this already, this software is broken and corrupts save files.

Yeah the community could badly use this tool. I hope some badass programmer out there is working on it.
