Imperial citizen NPC's have turned agressive

After adding the Xeo mod and a bunch of clothing mods, I seemed to have found normal NPC's becoming aggressive to Imperial guards, and the Arcane University leaders turning aggressive to me. What exactly happened?

it looks like a factions problem to me, like that some of the new guards added to the enemy factions (because xeo adds a lot of new npcs that you would never see otherwise, also characters from2chlives will go against guards if you resist arrest because they are made to help the player faction), maybe one of your new mods added the "player" character to the "necromancer" faction, "mage" npcs will be enraged against your character (they also will be angry if you wearing necromancer full suit, and if you using "enhanced quest roleplaying" wearing that suit or only the hood will add you to the necromancer faction and necromancers will be friendly to you as long as you have the hood on/and mages will attack on sight), all mods say what they do and what they add, be cautious on what you install, some may change your game experience a lot... i still gotta figure what mod added my character to the guard faction last time i installed a bunch of mods, kinda strange having every guard saying "i'm your relief"

Well looking at your load order really quickly you need to make this change right off the bat:

DMwardropemerged.esp

DMwardropemergednoenchant.esp

Pick only one of the above two. Either the regular version or no enchant version.

And this:

DMRA Skimpy Armor Expanded.esp

DMRA Stock Armor Skimpy.esp

DMRA Stock Robe Skimpy Replacer.esp

DMRA BBB Total Replacer Compilation.esp <----this is canceling out the above three since it is lower in your load order. Try looking the readme or OP description of where ever you got this from as you may be able to disable\uninstall the three skimpy versions and leave the BBB total replacer to cover everything.

You also need to read up to see whether these two are actually compatible or if they are just overwriting each other:

DMwardropemerged.esp

DMRA BBB Total Replacer Compilation.esp

You really need to put all your armor mods up to the middle of your load order and leave your race and beauty mods down at the bottom. This way if one of the clothing mods has a dirty edit then it hopefully will be undone by the mods lower than it.

remake.esp <---no clue what this is

Not sure that you should be using both of these. Doesn't umpa animation contain the sexy walk? If it doesn't then it is fine to use it.

remake.esp goes to one of the armor/clothing mods in HanPL's DMRA collection.

Well then that too should be investigated to see if it is conflicting with the other DMRA stuff.
