It is not a good idea to start a new thread just for a problem with a mod. And to get the fastest result try searching that support thread for posts related to your problem, it may already be answered and you just need to find the post with the answer which means you can get beyond the problem faster. If you can't find the answer then look back a few pages of posts (from the most recent posts) to see what kind of information others are asked to post and make sure you provide that information in your posts so you don't have to wait for someone to ask you to provide it, again that gets you to an answer faster.
