Climbing mod?

I've looked and can't find one so hoping someone would be willing to put one together. Looking to have the player character be able to climb over obstacles like the NPC opponents can as well as climb buildings. Having to rely on jet pack equipped power armor, jet pack mods or Psycho Jet to get places has gotten really old (though Psycho Jet parkour is fun at times).

Tactical animations can let you vault low cover. But actual climbing I don't think exists.
