No not really. There is a version of raperS where you can inflict damage on others via rape and they can do the same to you. You can enslave NPC's. You can also pay off your debts with sex (or your crime gold) but that is pretty much the extent of it.

I think a mod would be interesting as well, although used sparingly if not in some cases ruin the game experience.
